What areas do you service?
We are located in East Fort Worth. We service Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Parker, Hood, Johnson, Wise, Earth, Somervell, and Hood counties.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. We are licensed with Health and Human Services in Texas to provide personal assistance services and licensed home health services. We are more than happy to provide proof of insurance and bonding coverage for inquiring clients.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept Medicaid and Medicaid MCO insurance for your county of residence. We also accept private pay and some long-term health coverage.
What are your office hours? Are you open to the public?
We are open from 8 AM until 4 PM Monday through Thursday and until 3 PM on Friday. After the physical office closes, we offer 24/7 support by phone through an on-call service.
